Elvui can customize pretty much everything including name plates. There is a little bit of a learning curve but the discord is helpful and there's guides explaining it all. Increases the default nameplate distance to 80 yards. You can change the value yourself by typing: ā/npdistance 60ā where e.g 60 is the range you want. This allows easy switching of values between battlegrounds, leveling, etc. (If Blizzard doesnāt break this addon after beta Iāll make this automated) Nameplates shouldn't reveal players who aren't in your line of sight. It's such a huge advantage that breaks immersion. Today Era got a settings overhaul, same as wrath classic. In here they also have the option to adjust ānameplate distanceā from 20 to 41 yards, however this does not work. Makes no difference if you move the slider from 20 to 41 yards the nameplate distance still stays the same at 20 yards. pls fix, very annoying to switch targets as a caster when you have to go in melee range to click on ...
