If you feel you need more bars, place 84 points to stamina, or get a QQ bang with +5 to that stat. Ki is the same. At max level, you naturally get 5 bars. 42 points adds an extra bar which can be used to have 6 bars total or to negate a QQ bang with negatives on that stat. Still, you will need AT LEAST 5 ki bars when the build is complete.
Best Ki Blast Super for PvE is Vanishing Ball and nothing else comes even remotely close to it. It's a perfect combination of reliable setup, damage and control. You can chain it infinitely to itself for loads of damage without opponents ever getting a chance to regain control, i.e. stop the combo counter.
