Pikachu dictates the neutral, so you cant consistently get tippers. Oh, you don't ever aim for tippers in neutral against fast characters. You use your sours to create tech situations and easily land tippers from there since roll distance is predetermined. And sometimes you'll land a tipper if you're in advantage.

After dropping Richter and briefly touching Ken and Joker, Riddles picked up Terry and, after solo-maining the character throughout the pandemic, also picked up Kazuya, with whom he won his first major tournament at The Big House 10.In reality I think Mac's matchup chart is much more favorable than this, leaning towards a mostly even chart.
