ASRock has made some good boards for years, their VRM have been pretty good recently too. I'd put them up with ASUS. As others have said, some don't like the bios on ASROCK boards, but I never had an issue with them. I haven't used ASROCK in a while though, my last two motherboards were Gigabyte (current AORUS MASTER AMD build) and ASUS.
