I have used both UWorld and Adaptibar. If you have Themis, you don't need Adaptibar. I agree with some of the other comments, UWorld is on par with Adaptibar. Personally I like the UWorld explanations way better. The other thing I like about UWorld is they tell you how old the licensed questions are and update them to the current format.

Themis are way harder! Although they do use Uworld questions too. However, I did all Themis practice sets and was scoring like 50-55 average but once I started doing UWorld and Adaptibar my average shot up to like 65-70 so it definitely prepared me!

AdaptiBar will have more of those, however, as they include very old questions from before 1992. Depending on if you think they'll be valuable, you'll have a few hundred of those to work with.
