On the Airbus and Boeing fleet there’s only 2 outlets per row, instead of 3. Also in the Boeing fleet, the under seat storage isn’t great. I would say choose row 7, the seats are wider, your still at the front of the plane, and there’s better floor storage. However, row 6 on the E175 is really nice.
