ARR's relic takes long enough that it's not worth considering as a head start option for HW's relic: it can take anywhere from days (if done quickly) to months. Edit: oops, I didn't include the times for the other older relics. Anima, with all the materials stockpiled, took me about 2 days per weapon.

You can buy a Replica from the vendor, and the replica will go in the Dresser. Or you can use the Relic as a glamour the old way, using a glamour prism. 11.
