For Challenge Tier 2 and lower, Bossk is the best leader. I use a lineup of Bossk (R4), Embo (R4), Jango (R4), Mando (G12) and Greef (G12), myself. Usually have no trouble clearing CT2, and don't have to remod them. Embo's kit has great synergy with this assault battle's event ability, and the dispel on basic helps a lot too.
