For Hades aspect, against bosses standing still and charging special is just asking to take damage especially at higher heat. The 10 second buff is balanced around the fact that it's hard to get off. With Achilles there's virtually no downside. I wouldn't get too caught up in the fact that it only buffs 4 moves.
