I've tried increasing my lighting and disabling automatic low light correction in the Razer software. I'll take any solution that gets the Kiyo to output at least 30 FPS to the game. Edit: For anyone searching for this in the future: I ended up deleting Razer Synapse, then removing and then reinstalling the camera (But not the Razer Software).
