Hunter505.Generally for precon commanders such as this, there are probably like 20-50 upgrade guides on youtube. Most large channels cover that and create videos detailling 10-20 card upgrades. Personally, i wouldnt go the route you chose (based on the precon with some swaps of these cards). I played against it at my LGS using my [[Galea]] precon closer to when they came out. It was fun! It seemed strong and relatively focused. The face commander is pretty powerful as a value engine. It still suffers from precon issues like a rough mana base but I enjoyed playing against it.I think Galea wants both, but finding the balance will be the challenge in building the deck. I'm sure most people will choose one or the other but there are better options for that. I think Galea was designed to be a half and half type thing.

I recently tried the Galea precon at a precon tournament at my LGS, was pretty fun, so I tried putting together an upgraded list. Put in a couple infinite mana combos with bird of paradise/pemmin aura/kinnan, and the devoted druid/luxior one, also put in a thassa oracle since I think you want sensei's divining top anyway.
I'd charge usually around 40+cost of card (unless you shipped me the card) to make it worth my time. For lands that I'd completely go over in a panorama, I'd charge a bulk price, $10 a land or something. It really all depends and each artist has their own rates. You'd have to reach out to artists and find out!I bought the [ [osgir]] precon from Strixhaven to upgrade my artifact deck. It was headed by [ [Bosh]] but now Osgir is the new commander. Wasn’t getting enough value from Bosh’s ability or I was getting it too late into the game. The way the two play made a nice change of pace and I can get bigger threats out quicker.The Galea deck, being 3-color would need some improvements to the land base imo, so you'd need to figure out how much you'd be willing to put towards just lands.
