Glock and M&P are probably the most reliable lines of handgun available, my only hesitation is the Shield Plus hasn't been out long enough to ensure it doesn't have a model specific issue. I decided on the Glock 43x. I would pick the 48 but the 43x has the same length is the p365xl so.All 3 guns are very close in size. To me Glock has the best felt recoil and grip while having the worst accuracy. Sig has the best accuracy, ok recoil and worst grip. I used to carry a 43x and now I carry a P365x. The P365xl is the same size as the 43x. The P365x is smaller, carries more rounds. I like the flat faced trigger on the Sig. Personally I don't change anything in my carry guns so having s15 mags or different triggers doesn't matter to me.I can get a little better grip on the longer Glock grip but there isnt much difference in double taps or felt recoil. Accuracy - Glock had tighter group, but a little left. Sig was more centered. In my opinion, out of the box the P365XL is the better pistol, but its not a runaway win.
