I selected a Kuva Siphon mission, and was dropped into an in-progress Kuva Flood. Not complaints there. They had 2/4 of the braids destroyed, so I had not missed the Kuva yet. It appears that the mission reward drop table is replaced with the Requiem relic drop table. Interestingly, you DON'T have to kill the Kuva Siphon in order to get the relic.
