Lumby and fremmy are the easiest diaries to complete. Karamja and Western Provinces are the hardest diaries. Fremmy elite is probably the easiest. Hardest req is 77 rc (+ boost). Kinda down to the individual about what skills they like to train and are fast to train. My first two diaries I got elite were morytania and desert.

Its entirely irrelevant for most of the diaries it impacts. People are reporting its like 20k/hr early lvls and from commentors in this thread its a 150+hr grind for full outfit.
