Do woljif’s quest. Hit the market. Clear out most of it. Go to the library, then the party house. Do the tower of estrod. Killing the demons there makes the defenders heart battle easier. Do the battle at the defender’s heart. After you win, go back to the market and clear it out completely.

FYI you can cheese those doors by using single dimension door to get through (mass didn’t work). You just walk right up into them and you should be able to dimension door to the other side. Take your party and "smack" it into the locked door you want to go through. After a few times if not right away a small area on the other side of the locked door will become visible. Then, mass dim will not work here but single will. Have your party member use single dim door to the other side into the visible area.
