Brass case 5.56 should be overgassed on this setting if anything. Switching to the other settings only makes the issue worse as on those settings, the casings don’t even eject. I’ll check the other knob that it came with to see if it’s the suppressor knob, but I doubt that they would have installed the incorrect one from the factory.

Just not sure if the “ears” on that backplate will clear an M4E1’s buffer tower…. Edit: Welp, I ordered the JAKL kit and an M4E1 lower…will report back! It's designed to fit any ar15 lower. The upper had to have been test fired at PSA, the chamber was lightly fouled and there was a red primer sealant residue on the bolt face right out of the box.
