If the pen is still not lighting up green, there may be an issue with the charging port. Inspect the port to make sure there is no dirt or debris blocking it. Screw the bottom half of your Plus (the battery) onto the USB Charger. A full charge will take roughly 30 minutes, and should last around 50 hits.
