I bought me a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, with about 150,000 mileage, what are your thoughts on it. Camrys are known to be good value cars that have great reliability that won't hurt your pocket when you take it in for maintenance. You buy them for reliability and practicality.Camry is the bigger one. It's got a bigger back seat for passengers, bigger trunk, AWD option, and generally a better ride than the Corolla. I had a 2018 Camry in galactic aqua pictured above and loved it. Avalon is their luxury sedan. Their closest competition to their Lexus cousins but with the Toyota badge, for sedans.I understand with dino oil you would change every 3.5k-5k, but synthetic is usually every 7.5-10k. Just buy toyota filters in bulk. It is cheaper in the long run. I have a '13 and I change my oil between 7.5-10k using 0W-20 synthetic. Its pretty standard interval for synthetic oil.20 mpg = 6.4 ounces/mile. 10 mpg = 12.8 ounces/mile. 10 mpg vs 20 mpg, the difference in fuel/mile is 6.4 oz. 40 mpg vs. 50 mpg, the difference in fuel/mile is 0.6 oz. That is 1.2 Tablespoons of fuel difference each mile. The higher your mileage, the less it takes to affect it. I hope this helps. Enjoy your hybrid.
