Has anyone thoroughly tested the Pontifex Shadow Ring's effects while doing archaeology? The Wiki says it gives: "Increased active time at hotspots with +3% sprite focus per tick." I can believe it slightly increases the average duration at hotspots, but where does the extra sprite focus happen?

take gconc for example the chance of recieving this drop is 1/768 per pile you roll ~0.13%. with the ring this increases to a ~1/753 ~0.1328% chance. with your math the drop rate would go from 1/768 to 1/47 meaning solo kills would be a drop every 16 kills. in NM there are 3 drops at this rate meaning a drop every 5 kills.
