To start basically what is happening is Runelite plays the game fine at 50 FPS with 0 issues when my mouse is in the game area of the screen. The moment I drag my mouse to the right side where all the Runelite options are, my FPS drops to like 20 FPS and sometimes even to the teens. To give a little more clarity, I don't even click on anything.

The above fix by forcing Nvidia GPU to recognize runelite so it doesn't run on integrated gpu for basic stuff fixed it 100%. FPS drops are pretty normal, often going down to 20 or 15 with lots on screen but tbh for a game like OSRS, it's irrelevant.
