I have 2 external antennas (4x4 setup, 2 independent 2x2). I have this setup because my only other option is AT&T Fixed Wireless at 30/10mbps. With t-mobile I regularly hit 250/10. Oh which wasn’t cheap. I’ve spent around $800 on antennas, cables, a mast, etc. YMMV as with all things wireless.
