4 yr. ago. Those chests are for the vendors to sell from.That's their inventory. It's just how the vendor mechanics does things. They're hidden behind the scenery because they're supposed to be hidden behind the scenery. As in, you're NOT supposed to access them. Which is why they are hidden behind the scenery.To make sure, I went back to Ahkari and bought the dragon bones and they were no longer in the chest. I placed the bones back and Ahkari had some to sell me again. So this proves, to me at least, that Ahkari is the owner of the Dawnstar chest. If this was already known, my bad. I'm still excited that i figured it out myself.
