The Panhellenic sorority recruitment experience is rooted in values – we call this “values-based recruitment.” This type of recruitment helps our organizations and members focus on our founding values and recruit women who understand and are committed to living out the values of our organizations. The reputation of DG is that they are classy, supportive of each other, focused on “girl-power,” and heavily involved in campus activities. DGs tend to enjoy a level of respect among other sororities and fraternities.
