You cant do it to gas giants. I think (dont know for sure) you can do it to planetary remnants that appear when the S.U.C.C. has finished stripping them though. Also for your test, research_all_technologues does not grab any techs that have a weight of 0, which the planet-dismnatling tech has. So that wouldnt work.Which have a unique district that gives exotic gases. Otherwise, build habitats and spam out the building that gives you gases. Claim a nebula and slap down a bunch of starbases to build the Nebula Refinery in every system that can support it. Those give minerals and 1 exotic gas if you have the extraction tech.Step 2: All planets turn into rocky or frozen. Step 3: harvest these planets since the system has become uninhabitable anyways. Since you're already mass producing planetcrafts/attack moons, alloys shouldn't be an issue so just spam dyson spheres everywhere and watch the dough roll in.
