Both the Scorpion and the Stribog are better guns than the MP5s for the money. The Stribog probably has a more pleasant recoil impulse than the Scorpion but I prefer the Scorpion's controls a little bit more. I don't think you could go wrong with either. I've had a 20 round mag split at the front of the magazine body and a feed lip snap off on a 30 round curved mag so I use the steel feed lip mags now.

And when you handle them side by side at the gun shop, just pulling back on the charging handle and dry firing them both the stribog is the king.
