This isn't right. UIUC should be much higher as it has one of the biggest CS faculties with the highest research output by far and well endowed engineering program. Harvard was is generally a lower T20 on USNews. Washington and Texas are always above Michigan in CS and Texas is a high T20/low T20. Duke again was never in the top 20 in any rankings.
