1.14 Infinite Village Superflat Preset? I've been trying to edit the superflat preset (by adding distance=0 and size=100) in the 1.14 snapshots to get loads more villages to spawn but I can't get it working. Am I doing something wrong?

It doesn't seem that there is a way to get caves or chasms to spawn in the superflat stuff yet but there are mineshafts and strongholds buried in the stone. At the very bottom is a layer of lava over a layer of obsidian with a layer of bedrock at the very bottom.
