For the two grimoire questions: If you’re asking about the spells that you already knew in your spellbook, that were transferred to the grimoire, I can’t specifically find the rules but I think it’s at least RAI that you can use the grimoire as your new spellbook to replace your old one, in which case you can if you put the spell there.
