However, I HIGHLY recommend you do both, since, as Freshta mentioned, it will lead to new spells and pet quests. And, correct me if I'm wrong, you need to complete these pet/spell quests to get more of them later on from your teacher. So doing it is nearly essential. The level 53, 55 and 58 quests give craploads of exp for completing them, so you should do them for that alone. Around 200k for 53, 300k for 55, and nearly 500k for the level 58 one. They're all fairly simple and quick for such a huge chunk of exp.

Oct 24, 2010 · When I finished one of the Ravenscar quests last year, it just stopped giving me quests, so I decided to leave it. When I reached level 60, I got the notice to go to Wintertusk. Ambrose told me all about it, (no quest) and when I got to Wintertusk, Baldur didn't have the quest thing. Do I have to do something else to continue Ravenscar?
