Removed the update, same problem. Tried 1.1.2 update, same issue. I also tried using the mainline yuzu (no mods or anything) on the base version of TotK and had the same issue. I'm stumped. When you go to the mod directory for the game, the /first/ folder you need to create is one with the Mod name you want to see in the mod list (I personally start the folder name with [Mod] in this case so I can differentiate it from my cheats folders). Inside that is where the romfs folder goes.

As far as settings to get 60fps will depend on your rig. I got a ryzen 9 5900x and a 4080. Based on my experience, the main changes that affected performance were: Graphics API - OpenGL (GLASM) - Tried Vulkan but the game would randomly dip and stay at 48-52 fps making the game in slow motion, with OpenGL it was consistently at 60fps.
