Generally what you want for effective soloing is AOE damage, defenses, and some kind of self-heal or sustainability. I'd say three popular choices right now are Paladin, Barb, and Wizard EK/PM.AC doesn't work like in PnP. I'm not saying your build will be totally unviable, but grazing hits lower your dps by a lot more than the other affixes on gear raise it by. Think of grazing hits as like negative crits. Going from a 20 to an 18-20 crit profile is considered to be an incredibly high damage increase.
