We just took delivery of our new North Point 310RLTS on Thursday and today when we went to the trailer we're getting a code 88 on the BMPro Control Panel and nothing is working. The manual says to contact the dealer but it's sunday so they're closed.

The larger panel is just a google android tablet. So if you have one, you could simply get the BMPro app, same one on your phone, from the google playtstore and attach the tablet to the wall in your camper. I've added a few more apps (RVLife, MAPS, Drive and Assistant). I also changed the background to 'Jayco' logo (see attached).

Posts: 32. bmpro screen locking up, rebooting. 2021 eagle 357 and bmpro has been fine for first couple months. camper is home, bmpro has been connected to our wifi network, went out other night and screen was stuck on the bmpro logo. i got it to reboot somehow and seemed fine.To reset the Controller, vertically insert an item (eg. a paper clip) into the reset pinhole. I am adding some information for you on the reset. Another good way to do this is to remove all the 120-volt AC and the 12-volt DC power from the coach for 5 minutes and see if it will reset. If a number of pin codes or patterns have been entered incorrectly, the Controller will perform a factory reset. If this happens, it is okay.
