Remove the 2 bolts and motor. I put the valve body and tank in the vice and tack weld a nut to the bearing . I have a slide hammer with a 90 degree hook, use the hook in the nut and hammer it off. Suggest you check the draw on the pump motor, clean all screens as suggested above, eliminate elecrical issues by checking the grounds etc. I would not be surprised at all if the pump needs to be replaced. Glossary of Problems: Pump motor does not run. Pump continues to run with switch in neutral. Pump will not lower. Plow will not raise or raises slowly, motor runs. While trying to raise the plow, blades extend and wings will not retract. Wings drift back when extended. Plow lowers too fast.
