In this house lives a father and his son, Nate. The moment you approach it, loot the chest outside (pictured below). A bit north-east of catfish jacksons, following the coastal road, there is a crossroads. A panther spawns there every time i pass. For sucessful hunting use a deer carcas and a potent predator bait, put cover scent on and w8 for a few mins. Works every time
