Remove thr large plug on the side of the battery back under the rear seat, with a voltage metter check the voltage, you should have around 42 volts, if not you have a problem with the battery pack, you can replace the batterys in the pack seperate, just remove the steal cover and you will find 3 panisonic Ec-hv1255v 12volt batterys ...I could not start car. It would just go to initiatzing, could shift to neutral. Had this same issue last month and was told that it was the 12 volt battery. That was replaced and things running great until the other day. Speaking to service manager today he said that he thinks it may be wiring corrosion but was still trying to find problem.
