If you can see coolant in all 3 tanks you're safe to drive. The low engine coolant wont cause the "Service High Voltage Charging System" message though. Just low battery coolant. Remove thr large plug on the side of the battery back under the rear seat, with a voltage metter check the voltage, you should have around 42 volts, if not you have a problem with the battery pack, you can replace the batterys in the pack seperate, just remove the steal cover and you will find 3 panisonic Ec-hv1255v 12volt batterys ...I could not start car.
