2.his knowledge points are just fine. He only has problems with his attribute points on his exile character, his isle of Siptah char however is just fine. I don't think he has tried all potions out let me get back to you on this later and check

There are quite a few mods that allow for leveling up to more than 60. Take a look through the Workshop, some of them look pretty good.

Correct. If you press that button it will only reset your attribute points, nothing else. :) Your knowledge points will still be intact. I'm aware of the 3 potions that you can use to reset your attributes and/or knowledge points. But on the Attribute Menu itself has a button at the bottom that says: "Reset Attributes".
