Then I manually added the cactbot plugin by browsing and selecting the cactbot .dll file and also manually selecting the raidboss.html using custom as the preset for the overlay. Pop up alerts work now flawlessly. Make at least one with "timers" is installed. Then, within the timers portion, unlock it (Enable and uncheck lock), then make sure to adjust where you want the timer to be. As for TTS, there's another plugin section, should've been one of the first two you added, I believe its called cactbot. You can go through the settings.
