If I'm reading this correctly, 0.8 Celsius should count as freezing temperatures, as it is lower than the 1C listed on the patch notes for the non-freezing temperature ghosts. The people I play with, however, keep telling me I'm wrong because 0.8C is higher than 0.0C.
