i think you just got lucky is all. ideally one of the best things you could get for spinel tonic is gesture of the drowned, and soulbound catalyst. those 3 together wind up with an unlimited use of it which means it never goes on cooldown. it only stacks those debuffs, when it goes on cooldown. i've had it go up to 17 stacks and i was a bit under 50% of what my normal max would be so there are ...
