Hey man, same thing happened to me. Everyone saying it's just 1-2 cbs levels don't have max med mains or perfect PVP builds. PVP is a niche community and as such, the request for dual requirements for rapier, scythe ect of 75 attack/99 STR was not heard. Granted, many of us would not have gone to 75 attack if rapier and scythe weren't included.
