With the Salvation traits, there is much more reliable sustain with reduced strike damage, cleansing on dodges and barrier per boon, meaning you can stay in fights longer to deal more sustained damage. Power builds just suffer too hard from going hybrid. Power builds need 3 stats to function properly, condi only 2. For cele to work you need a build that benefits from most stats.
