@Tantacrul - Testing with one of my own files imported from Musescore 3.6.2, if I set my sample rate to 192khz, it still produces very high-pitched audio on all buffers; however, stuttering is only seen at a buffer size of 1024 (the lowest I can set). On a sample rate of 96khz, playback works perfectly with no pitch issues except on a buffer size of 1024; it stutters again.

Then, you double click into the rhythm figure you're using as tempo clock (if you are in 4/4, then it is the quarter note).
