Either do beastiary or run around one tapping the strongest mob you can such as enderman or cryptic ghouls spider cave is also good place if you can survive.

In the early game, you need to worry about getting yourself collections, minion slots, raiders axe, ender armor, and start loading up on talismans. Then you can concern yourself with skill farming. Grinding slayers is good. I also use a legendary wolf pet.
