The telekinesis glitch will bring your Alteration skill up to 100 easily. U just need to get infinite magicka and travel to faraway location if you use it on the object. Wait hold up, I just got it to work. I had to use the secret of arcana and use telekenkenisis in both hands then the glitch worked. How it works is that when you're casting a spell while you Fast Travel, your skill experience is calculated as if you cast it until you ran out of Magicka .
