I've never really did an cEDH deck but I think there's something broken about [[Unctus, Grand Metatect]] ... next to the other two current competitive mono blue commanders, [[Urza, lord high artificer]] and [[Orvar, the All form]] (apparently) he just seems weaker. Urza is a mana outlet in the command zone that can give great card advantage
Orvar can work on a budget. A lot of the cantrips and mana producers that are better in multiples are pretty cheap. Sea Monsters is getting more expensive these days thanks to [ [Runo Stromkirk]] but once you have the framework of getting Orvar to work, the rest of the deck can be used for whatever you want to try to win with.No cEDH decks are prepared for someone casting an Emrakul or Expropriate! In comparison, Orvar's bad cards like Twitch and Clockspinning are truly bad if you're not winning the game. A Hullbreaker Horror or Consecrated Sphinx is still strong, even if you're just hard casting it on turn 5. That was my thought process anyway.Finally had some time to brew with Kaldheim spoilers and this is my favorite deck so far to test. Osgir is insane. I picked up my copy of Lorehold Legacies a few days ago but I had been building Osgir since he was spoiled. After playing a few games with my roommates I have learned two things about Osgir. One, Osgir getting removed is rough, and two, if he isn't I'm about to do some crazy things. Finally, I wouldn't count Pyre out just yet either. You can very easily tutor for it in Orvar, and there are a reasonable amount of 2 Mana fodder to get Spellseeker that would fit nicely with Orvar.

[[Declaration of Naught]] is a fun enchantment that works well in orvar, and doesnt combo indefinitely. [[Archmage Emritus]] is another solid include for card draw. I have the deck built CEDH minus fast mana rocks so [[covetted jewel]] is main wincon. CVT was my first cEDH style deck and my pet deck for the longest time. For Mono blue, Urza is more reliable and I've seen it win more decisively. I actually converted Teferi into Shorikai PolyTyrant and I've been loving the change. I haven't decided if I'm going to stick to polymorph for the long haul, but I'm enjoying the deck itself.
