Every now and then it will let me award loot while doing trash. Other times, I have to stand near the boss' corpse. OTHER times, I have to be currently looting it. I don't understand why. I've asked other players if they have the same issue when using RCLC and they have all told me they can award loot while moving to the next boss fine.
