Before the level cap increase I got a monarch in all elements in x8 in about 1 hour. I have gotten about 5 monarchs since I made this post and still no x8 ... Lootlemon "god rolls" are a bit misleading. For a lot of guns there really isn't a single parts combination that is objectively better than all the others. For the Monarch for example choosing between x4 and x8 depends on how much ammo regen you can sustain with your build.
