Get to level 50 first, get the ilvl 130 tomestone gear, might guard, basic instinct, toad oil, and check how much damage you can do with speels that are not 1000 needles, 1000 needles takes 6 seconds to cast for 1000 damage split between the targets.-Don't waste ultravibration here.
