In all, the drop rates are reasonable in the one-shots for motes, and you may get lucky and get a nice piece of level 100 gear while you are at it. I can confirm that Mote of transport is indeed dropped in master rattlebones. I am 98% sure its dropped in any other master dungeons as well.
