I wonder why people recommend Primed Shred if that kind of mods are never run in a serious build at all. Primed Shred is nearly mandatory for pretty much every automatic weapon in the game, it's a massive increase to in-mission DPS and TTK. The only people who think it's worthless are people who judge solely based on paper stats.
